i play centerfield for a mens softball league what exercises can i do to improve my speed and quickness

those strengh shoes that make u run on the balls of ur feet and work ur calfs really good, those worked miricals for me and a few of the guys on my team

i'd say calf raises, does your gym have a leaper machine if so that's great, squats are always good, and cleans are pretty much a full body workout
