    Id stay away from it. Just use regular ice. Icy hot ****ed my back up a few years ago becuase i thought my back was fine but it wasnt.

    try and get a hold of BIO FREZZ thats some good **** right there get a bio frezz massage on whats hurt and ull feel like ur in heaven after words. but i mostly use it for being sore not injured . if your injured stick to good old ice and heat whatever is needed
