which strength cycle
which one of these cycles do you think would be better for strength and power??
week 1: 50x10/60x7/70x5/80x3x3
week 2: 50x10/60x7/70x5/80x3/85x3x2
week 3: 50x10/60x7/70x5/80x3/85x3x2
week 4: 50x10/60x7/70x5/80x3/90x2/95x1/100x1 keep goin until fail
cycle 2 :
week 1: x8/61x8/64x8/2x8x67
week 2:x8/61x5/67x5/70x5/79x5
week 3: x8/64x5/70x5/76x5/82x5
week 4: x8/64x5/70x5/76x5/85x2x3
week 5: x8/64x5/70x5/76x3/82x3/91x3x1
week 6: x8/64x3/70x3/76x3/82x1/88x1/1 rep max

If I had to pick one I would pick the first one. You gotta be lifting in the 85-100 range if you're gonna gain strength. Personally though I don't like either one. This is what I do:
(All lifts start with a 4-6 rep warmup at about 50-60%)
Week 1 & 2 - 4 x 6 @ 80%
Week 3 & 4 - 3 x 4 @ 85%
Week 5 & 6 - 3 x 3 @ 90%
Week 7 & 8 - 3 x 2 @ 95%
Week 9 - Off
Rinse/Repeat

You saw that cycle on a web site? Dangit, I am going to have to copyright that thing, lol. Just kidding, but in all seriousness I just came up with it on my own after doing lots of research. Glad to see other experienced people agree with me, haha.

my bad your cycle are a lil diff..
Week 1 - 4x6 @ 65%
Week 2 - 3x6@ 70%
Week 3 - 3x6 @ 75%
Week 4 - 4x3 @ 80%
Week 5 - 3x2@ 85%
Week 6 - 2x1@ 90%
Week 1 - 4x6 @ 65%
Week 2 - 3x6@ 70%
Week 3 - 3x6 @ 75%
Week 4 - 4x3 @ 80%
Week 5 - 3x2@ 85%
Week 6 - 2x1@ 90%
