Workouts for ballers on sauce
There is all sorts of good info on workouts for bodybuilders on sauce that are trying to get huge, but not much on workouts for ballplayers while on it.
What should we be doing do differently? How much more intense do you hit your lifts than when not on anything? In terms of sets, reps, and rest in between? What keeps your workouts from turning you into a huge mass that can't throw?
