this damn clen ****ed up my whole day, 30mins after taking it my heart start racing then i caught cramps all day it ruin my whole workout.. im PISS..

take clen at least 3 hours before you workout. That shit will kill a workout. Coulld you breath at all?

LOL! You will learn sooner or later that all these so called drugs and stimulants end up hindering track progress instead of helping. Trust me... a lot of that crap is overrated.
Even Charlie Francis former sprinter, Angela Issanjenko, stated in an interview that the drugs she took cause a lot of tightness and cramps and for the limited benefits it wasn't worth it!

Yep! I think sprinting more than any sport requires special consideration in that regard!
Running at max speed for more than 6 sec puts certain demands on the body that are not experienced by any other sport. This also makes speed development extremely complicated.
Things like quality over quantity and tempering max speed work becomes an issue. On top of that any metabolic changes will cause changes in the body which will manifest itself a lot faster in sprinting than any other sport.
Sprinting is a whole body sport that uses 100% of your motor units and energy resources. Any drastic changes that impact the aforementioned can have a profound effect on performance -sometimes positive, but more times negative. This is the reason why it is more important for the body hormone and energy systems to develop naturally and steadily. Else you will be susceptible to injuries and reduced performance... Good Luck!

Want to lose weight? Get some ephedra, lipo6, and green tea extrac. Take 1 of each 3 times a day and watch the pounds melt off. And you will have lots of energy to.

I took clenbuterol for two weeks and absolutely loved it! Fat down strengh up Had no problem with my sprinworkouts, had som cramps in my upper back though,

nice dude i spoke to my teammate today and he told me i was only suppose to take 1/4 of a tab i was taking 1/2 tab.. so let me see how this goes..

just got done running 1800m of tempos no problem with cramps, it feel weird bc the amount of tab i took today was soo ****ing small.. gonna take 2 more rip fuels before bed
