How much have Performance Enhancing Drugs improved your performance?
If you're a sprinter, hurdler or distance runner how much have your time improved with the help of PED using hundreths/tenths of second, seconds and/or minutes. If you are a jumper or thrower how many inches, feet, and/or meters have you improved by?
It would be interesting to get the average improvement one can expect with PED's in Track and Field!!!

10.5 natural- got down to 10.38 after a dbol cycle. I also changed my training around that year. THe juice just give you the ability to train better. (recovery time, feeling that you can do anything, strength gain) It is still up to you to train smart.

Yes I agree...
The one reason why I started this thread is to get a consensus on how much improvement one should expect with the help of PED's. It has been my experience that it helps in the short sprints by .10 - .30! The people that come on here and run an 11.xx and expect PED's to take them to 10.1x could benefit from this knowledge...Thanks
