17 yr. old pitcher, velocity gains
Hey whats going on everyone...i am new to this forum, just looking for some
good advice to better my self in baseball...i am 5'11 and around 185lbs...i pitch
and last time i was clocked, i clocked in around 87...i am looking to hit high 80's
low 90's by baseball season (4 months)...what excersises / drills would be best
for me to accomplish this?...also i have been looking into juicing not for bulk but to
lose body fat and to cut up...i have heard that a Boldenone200 cycle might be
good for this...any advice on workouts, drills, excersices, and the juice would be
greatly apprciated...thanks
