Gymnastics workouts?
I am searching for info or a format for a gymnast routine.
Also I am looking for what types of exercises one would do. I would imagine walking on hands and push up type holds. This is the second place I have searched for answers to this this month. If you have a routine that your think or use let me know openly or pm me.

This would be geared towards floor training.
I asked this question on NSCA site and I got pretty much zip. So I would assume that someone on here might be able to kindly help me out.

for now my kid is leaning Capoeira, but I want to help him improve on his upper body and power.
I am having him learn this while we look for a promising gym in the area.
