    training for speed

    my son who is 17 and dose not juice asked me today what kind of training he could do to make him faster on his feet to improve his socker game.i did not have an answer but told him i would try to find out. any suggestions?

    im 16 and a three-sport athlete. i go to school at a very good athletic school. We do ladder drills. Drills done with a agility ladder, such as icky shuffle, high knees, lateral shuffles, and some others. These drills improve our foot speed quite well.

    does he lift weights? if not, tell him to start it'll give him a lot of help on the field. stacks4good gave u a couple of good suggestions too.

    sprints with and without the ball, i cant think of anything else right now
