    important question

    my combine is the 21st of May. which leaves me with 3 more leg day workouts and the last week of rest. all being the next upcomming saturdays. should i start to lighten it up? also should i start the repition squats that defranco speaks of for increasing the vert? how many days of speed training should i do within the next few weeks? also continue the plyos as well? thanks

    that dont do those reps squats anymore
