Something good to take
We just got done with spring ball for college football and our practices dont start again till August, I was wondering if anyone knew something good to take to gain strength/size yet i wont be burning it off when im doing my sprints and other hard cardio workouts. anyone with suggestions please reply

A guy who juiced for years said if you do too much cardio through the week you burn off muscle, im not saying i believe this but the last time i juiced up i wasnt doin cardio so i dunno how true that is. but do you have any suggestions on what to take?
