    i had him at 1.49-10
    2.54-20
    1.79-20-40

    to be a 4.33

now since he did it in spikes and on a track why did they not add the .08 onto his time?

since they time with electronic i guess they didnt, thats why they listed him at 4.33. i was just timing just for fun - wanted to see how fast i could time him at.

i felt fast on my 10s today. changed up and did 10s with a chute into the wind and i was getting off fast as shit. i would estimate the wind was 5-10mph. hit 5 with chute and 5 without. ran 4x20@2-3 min rest and did 3x40@2-3 min rest. my body was dieing out when i did the 40s and hit my last 20. i feel extremely fast in 20 yards.

whats the point of during 10's with a chute, shorter distances(10-20) should be done with a sled and longer u can go with the chutes 30-60. too lil rest for the 40's, remember 1min for every 10yds, thats why u are dieinh out:

i dont have a sled and i knew it was really windy so it would give some kind of resistance. these training facts are all new to me. wish i had known them before. well now i know which helps alot.

u can use a tire and rope or take a weight belt, 25lb plate and rope and pull that - thats what we use. we try not to do to much resistance running bc it miss up running mech very easy.

i know most coaches dont like the chutes but i really like them and they really help with top speed development esp if u can use them indoor so u get a constant resistance, we did them today for our download week:

    1x40 chutes
    1x40 normal
    1x40 chutes
    2x40 normal

    4-6min rest

yea that is a very good workout. with the rest how do you prevent from not getting so tight. if i dont go after 3 mins i will get tight and my chances for pulling increase.

just keep moving, jumping around, leg shaking, and very light builds.
