is IGF-1 lr3 good for a football player???
im a highschool football player that works out 4-5 days a week (heavy). And since most people know more about this than me i was hoping for some help.
1. is IGF-1 lr3 good for me to take it?
2. if i do take it should I cycle with any thing else?
3. is once a day 60 after Workout enough?

dude your high school let it go, dont drug up just yet, wait a couple of years.
nailing down your training and regeneration protocols (massage comes to mind) is much more important and will benefit you much more than igf

unless you have the potential to play for a D1 school lay off the juice and train naturally just my .02
