Lifting advice for rugby
Well my college is starting a rugby team and yesterday was our first practice. I am completely out of shape. Can anyone give me tips for a lifting routine or cardio. my coach said i would forward or possibly a center becasue of my size. I am 210 6' 14%bf. I want to add around 10 pounds or so. Any tips would be greatly appericated.

run, run, run, and run some more. I play for my college (no. 8), and the more you can keep up all game, the better off you'll be. do good compound lifting, and keep it heavy. First and foremost I would say, is get in good cardiovascular shape!
