What position do you play? What level do you play at? Do you have a shot at going pro? The most popular responses you will get from here is that you are too young, and you need to do a little more research on anabolics. However, if you insist on joining the darkside and possibly screwing up your endocrine system for life, a basic testosterone cycle should work wonders. Sust-250 is great for noobies. Do your homework and ask yourself long and hard if it is worth it? How hard are you really working? How well are you eating? How much time do I spend in the frat houses chasing tail when I could be doing extra sets of bench because that is what your opponent is doing? Good luck and I suggest taking advantage of your college education because right now your spelling is terrible. Oh yeah, one more thing, congratulations on discovering that 99.9% of what GNC sells is crap. The most talented and gifted athletes I have met simply had incredible work ethics instilled in them since the day they were born. Poor work ethics become harder and to reverse as we get older. GOOD LUCK!

I play linebacker for a d2 school that is VERY good to say the least... as for going pro?? nah prolly not but it all ***ends on the next three years of my career. nothing is out of the picture i suppose... i have been doing research for the last 6 mths or so on side effects and problems with different cycles... i feel that my training is extremly hardcore for the time i can devote eating habits are good when i can its hard when running back and forth from class to practice to class... i dont drink quit that 6 mths ago and i have a gf back home so pussy at the frat houses is out of the picture. i want to take a cycle to bring me up to the next level of playing... i understand most great athletes are all natural in some way but those athletes also more than likely have more athletic abilit than i. This is the problem i experience at school. i want to take a cycle to bring my ability up and get even or above the others at my position. let me know wat you think of this... i saw it on another post of a kid who seemed to be in the same shoes as i am... members told him to take
test prop and var for 8 weeks
or winn??? but ive heard that is bad for joints
any ideas??? how much of them should i take daily?
and you sound like my dad correcting my spelling its shorthand i didnt realize i would be graded haha... thx plz reply

Some form of test should work great, I'd recommend Sust-250 for starting out. Start out slow and see how your body reacts, 1-2cc a week for 8 weeks. It is the off-season so I assume you have plenty of time to train.

I'de wait till you were a bit older. Don't mean to sound like a dick or anything but side effects of taking steroids when your too young are very real, and will last the rest of your life.
If you turn out to be too young, and your HPTA ends up ****ed you will have absoltuly terrible test levels, loose a lot in the gym, potential lose your scholarship if you have one if you can't perform as well on the feild. And a lot more side effects. Like you said, your probably not going pro, so are the side effects worth the possibility of possibly being sqrewed for the rest of your life?
I don't want to sound like a nag man, but I don't think it's worth it. Wait a couple years.

what kind of training do you do for speed? I worked out for a couple of months with a track athlete in order to get into shape for a fight. They have very effective ways of making their lower body more explosive. Although I really didn't need that for boxing, i did feel like it made me more explosive overall. I've found that in order to get more performance out of my body I had to quit listening to some coaches i have and go out and learn about improving performace myself. If you speed/strength coach has out dated ways of training then you won't get much faster even if you take roids. Most people think that all collegiate level coaches are really well trained and educated, but I've found out the hard way that even at an elite level of sports you still get a lot of bad advice. i'm not downing your coach, i'm just saying look around and see if what he says jives with what other people say. Improving running speed is about 2 things i'm sure you've heard about a million times before. Stride feq and stride length. improve those and you will be faster. One of the best ways I found to improve my speed was to watch TONS of game tape on my opponents. When came to game day I was at the ball alot quicker than some of my teamates who were obivously faster than me.I developed a sixth sense about the ball by watching tape. As simple as it sounds it worked great! I was tempted to take steriods then too, but decided against it because of the potienal side effecsts. either way you go, good luck to you.

Im very new to this stuff too but i would say a small cycle from 8-12 weeks would do some good as long as you have a good pct planned out.
