what do you recommend for a baseball player?
what would you recommend for a young ball player whose 6'2 165 and is try to build up to get ready to play college ball?

im 17 about to turn 18 in a couple weeks, my diet is mostly all protein, anything that has protein in it i eat it. chicken, steak, eggs and i eat fruit with it to keep me health, also i have as many bananas as i can to try to help provent cramps. i dont no alot about this stuff but im jus lookin for somthing to get me that advantage over all the other players.

At your age proper diet will make a bigger difference than anything else. Your natural testosterone levels are extremely high right now, steroids are not what you need for several more years. You should head to the diet forum and read up on bulking diets, it takes a lot of work but the benefits are worth it. You should be able to put another 30lbs on naturally without much problem.
