It all depends on what you are taking. You have to give us more info like: what level you play(NCAA-d1,d2 NAIA, JUCO etc etc) and what you are taking or planning on taking. Then we might be able to answer your questions.

well i play down in canada, testing is once a year during the season

ill be taking 500mg a week of sustanon for 8 weeks
and dianabol 25mg for 4 weeks .
