    Another football question

    Hey everyone I'm after some pointers on my training plan and some cycle advice.

    I'm 29, 280lbs and about 22-25% fat. 18 months ago I had a major knee injury whilst playing football (serves me right for trying to play line backer, should have stuck to the O-line) and decidied to retire. I've decided that I'm not done playing yet so it's time to get back into shape.

    I used to play at about 270lbs but I'm aiming for about 250. Dropping the weight isn't too much of an issue as I've started my diet I'm about to start an ECA stack.

    Once my weight is gone I need to get my strength back, especially as I'll be playing at a lower weight. I've done a couple of deca & sus cycles in the past but I'm not looking to put on major size.

    What would people recommend, I've got till January before I start training with the team and a full year before I play again.

    I'd like to stay away from needles but only because of the relationship issues it causes me. I don't need to worry about testing for the next 18 months but after that there is a possibility.

    I've some ideas about how I'm going to aproach it but I'm open to suggestions.

    I play backer, im a redshirt frosh.. I know Halotestin is a popular oral for athletes.. however I would use a small dosage of test with any steroid i take..

    go down about five or six threads and they have a good one posted "best cycle for a football player." hope you find what you need.
