Yoga 2 days a week
College starts up again tomorrow and iv got a yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays. My aunt reccomended I give it a try, plus I'm looking to meet a lot of chicks. Iv never tried yoga and I'm not very felxible haha yet... I'm a fast learner and think that stretching and breathing techniques might really help me with my overall fitness. Anybody want to share any cool stories, advice or any other info? Here's a couple sneak peeks of what the class gets to deal with all semester haha.

Not a bad thing at all to do if you are trying to meet/see some girls.

depending what typw of yoga it is it my kick your ass at first

Not sure if anyone is still following this. But today was our first day of small beginner exercises. Went great. Looked up some Asian chicks shorts lol had a nice red and black thong on. Already meeting chicks. And ontop of iit all... since I'm really into fitness, I actually get into the whole groove of doing the exercises. This class might be the thing that finally brings out a 6 pack set of abs in me.
