2 quick questions fellas,

if i do sprint training 3 x per week (which i do most weeks) some sessions i will do accelerations say 10 x 10yrds, another session i may do 30yrds x 3, 60yrds x 3 or flying 50yrds x 8 etc...

would i eat differently post workout depending on the workout i did?

Also if wanting to drop body fat and was on a PSMF diet for example, would i eat differently naturally or on test enanthate ? Am curious whether rules would change at all. Never dieted on AS before, but am tempted to.
