    Philippines 1st Olympic gold ever-Weightlifting

    The Philippines have never won an Olympic Gold medal. Until today.

    Hidilyn Diaz competes in 55kg women's weightlifting.

    "Diaz recorded a 97kg in the snatch and an Olympic record 127kg in the clean and jerk for a total of 224kg, also an Olympic record".

    I need to ask my in-laws if its a relative or now. Knowing how most everyone is either a cousin or relative of some type, probably. lol
