    should I fat load? (photoshoot)

    Well I have a photo shoot sun and this is my first day of carb loading... I'm following swole cats 7 day prep.... should i fat load the day before?

    I'm not too familiar w/ what to do and all...

    i suppose if you are doing swole's program..you should go all the way with it...adding any extra would probably be detrimental..
