    Question Need advice on doing the NPC coming up?

    Hi guys, My name is Will im 30yrs old i weigh 180lbs right now im 5"9. and 7% bf right now. I was thinking about doing the NPC southern states in July 29-30, and do MEN’S PHYSIQUE,BODYBUILDING! I havnt done a bodybuilding show since i was 18yrs old. I did the ANBC in longisland Newyork. So now my body is different and i understand my body more with dieting and working out.
