skinny lil' **** needs food
last time i posted i was told the only anabolic substance i needed was food. i weigh close to 145lbs. im not currently on any cycle. What sort of diet should i consider using just to gain some weight? ive tried for years to gain weight havent really since i was about 13-14 yo. Its like theres a tape worm in my stomach. I eat constantly and nothing. I usually **** before im done eating. Its like the food goes right through me. Any suggestions for an ectomorph with very high metabo?

i dont know anything aboiut diet. i have no idea what ive been eating the past year.
Morning(6-10am)- 4 boiled eggs, steak, latkees
afternoon(12-4pm)- steak, whole chicken, roasted red potatos
dinner(7-9pm)-steak, chicken breast, two baked potatoes,4 boiled eggs
i dont have a set time when i eat because my work scheduale is constantly changing
i work out in the morning when i wake up and when i get off work(never past 7:30) i get 6-8 hrs of sleep a night and cycle everywhere.

i have walked on the darkside. I was stupid and impulsive and it didnt really get me anywhere.im still not very big but i did get some definition and found out that i had muscles in places i didnt even know existed. A freind of mine gave me some EQ. thats why im here. I dont want to be a dumbass about it when i do this again. Im trying to get my body in order. Make sure i do **** right.

Eat more than 3 meals a day for starters... Since you don't know anything about diet then checkout the stickies at the top. There is a Bulking Thread that will help you understand diets better and give you a sample of diet to start with.

1. yea i really am 4 % i never tried to get there thats just where ive always been. And i know diet first roids 2nd. Thats why im here. And i know not to run EQ by itself. Im Not running it now i was just explaining my first experiance with sauce so you would have some understanding where im coming from. Im being patient. Ive seen what happens when your not pateint. Its not good. If my tone sounds defensive please dont take it that way. Ok question. Is there a place where i can find the meanings of all the acronyms used here becuase thats really the only thing that still confuses me at this point. So what im getting so far is go to the diet forum and look at there examples? I can use the same diet say the bulking diet even though im not bulking?gotcha

I saw a post in one of the educational forums about acronyms, maybe it was in the board probs, I forgot. Your diet isnt that bad for not knowing how to set things up, nice amouts of steak. Add two or three protien shakes, the one right after working out add dextrose and maltodextrin to it, theres threads about that in supp forums. Get some Tombstone 4 meat pizzas, they have 70g protien in a whole one, one a day keeps the thinness away. A few acronyms I can remember off the top of my head. IMO- in my opinion...PCT post cycle therapy ...hmm, thought I could remember more than 2, oh well.

you gotta eat 7-8 times a day. no one can gain weight off of 3 meals. no one. im guessing your body can only handle around 50 grams of protein a meal. thats 150 grams a day. you need at least 1.5xs body weight to gain, nearly 2x's preferably. On top of all that you need a **** load of carbs and fats too. I would go into it more but i gotta run. read the bulking sticky it will help you alot!

why would i make something up so stupid as body fat? U think i like being skinny?im not big at all. im 5'11'' and i weight close to 140 flucuates i loose weight really quickly. if i dont eat well for two days ill lose 10 pounds. i used to cut weight all the time back in hs. an i unerstand water weight and what not. used to ress in down pants an a jacket, both lined with plastic bags, run at a constant speed for 45 minutes and roll myself up in our mat or go chill in my locker. I would kill to do it all again i miss it. I still play lacrosse but only league, bunch of old ****s.

ill change it. this ones my little brother. I asked him how tough he was and this is what he did. i asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up an he said a giant. My freind that introduce me into all this came over one day. hes proally 6'4''-6'5'' about 280 ripped outta his mind and ever since then my lil bro has called him the giant
