You should get your diet in order first before you start any gear, or else it's a waste of time.
Stickies atop the page are a good guideline that have helped many.

Well, if he told you to do that, then try it out and see!
If it doesn't get you where you want to be, you can re-vamp it going by the general guidelines above.
Personally, I see about 14 flaws in that layout, but as I said go ahead and give it a shot.

Again in meal 3(ppwo) you dont need the yolks. The fats, although healthy, will be store in adipose(fat) tissue because of high insulin levels.
In meal 7 unless your a hard gainer or you dont care about fat gain, I wouldnt eat any carbs. The egg whites, although a good source of protein, are a fast digesting protein. That's why there soo ideal for breakfast. You need a slow digestive protein at nite, so you want go into a catabolic state, preferably meat, but if you do eat the egg whites, eat them with fats. Fats will slow down the digestion process. Such things as peanut butter, fish or flax oil, almonds are ideal. Even just eating your eggs whole would be better. I would definitely leave out the oats.
