Cardio and protien shakes...
ok so i know that doing cardio is best in the morning after first waking up and on empty stomach...but will a protien shake effect it at all...like if i wanted to have one whwen i 1st wake up

I'd do the cardio first, then have the shake as the first meal.

Just take BCAA's and/or glutamine before cardio.
