    Multigrain Hot Cereal
    Pasta
Rice (white, jasmine, basmati, Arborio, wild)
    Potatoes (red, baking, new)

-I wouldnt call those complex carbs......

-Id stay away from the fat free mayo cuz they proabably have sugar to compensate for the tatse.....
Oh and the steak sauce most of them are loaded with sugar...

    other than that good list.......

get a hunk of ribeye. it is like $40-$50 for a huge roast. you can cut that roast into about 13 steaks and they are about 25g protein per 3 oz of steak. and it is the best tasting steak

FYI, they usually carry whole Turkey Breast (a big ass chunk) that is a staple in my diet.

Just slice it up and mic it for 30 seconds....this will allow you to easily separate the fat plane with the skin on top.

    Later,
    R
