This is probably more of a question for the ladies...i have a friend with pcos wich cause a lift in wieght...she is going to start exercising alot more now but she hasnt long had a baby...would any body no what sort of diet she is looking at doing ?

I dunno bro , did she get it fixed? does she still have the sides? acne , mild hair loss? is she on ne meds?

shes taking all the stuff for it its just the wieght thats gone up

But i was thinking if i told to go on a low carb diet then she might get ill

i think the weight gain is hormonal....

the best way to do it...determine her caloric maintinence level , have her do weights in the evening , cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.....
