    The Bulking Diet Includes...?

I plan on starting my bulking diet tomorrow but I'm not sure on what, entirely, I need to buy. I've seen the diet listed, yes, but I don't want to entirely go with their directions. I've been looking at the recipes forum and theirs some gems over there. What I really want to know is, for you, what are the substantials? Ya know, the must haves for a day.

It really doesnt matter all that much, as long as your doing it healthy. Complex carbs like wheat bread, whole grains, brown rice. Lots of low fat meat, fish, chicken and vegies. Supplements include a multivitamin, creatine, whey protein and perhaps a quality weight gainer if your like me and constantly on the go. I use Cytogainer, because its very low in sugar and fat, with most of its calories coming from protein and complex carbs. Good luck.

Top sirloin steaks, you should be able to pick up for 4.99 a lb, sometimes less. Tuna steaks, Salmon fillets. Whole wheat pasta, organic pasta sauce (much less sugar). It's more about quantity of meals and portion size then throwing out the rules of healthy eating.

You have to make yourself a well timed eating machine.

Nuts are a great way to get minerals, good fats, and fiber. Two of the best are Almonds and Walnuts.

For a cheat day, If you like Pizza. Check out the 8" size microwave pizza by Digiorno (sp?) called Thin Crist - Grilled Chicken and Vegtables. It was rated in Muscle and Fitness as I think, the best frozen pizza as far as contents. I like the taste as well
