flax seed oil...bulking? cutting? or both?
Ive been hearing that flax seed oil is a great additive to your diet, but Ive been reading that its good for weight loss. Which is it better for? cutting or bulking up?

Im currently bulking up...so after my workout put 1tsp into my shake and im good to go?

i take about 4-5 tsp a day usually spread throughout 3 meals (2tsp a meal)
but yeah definately not PWO...
