    need some suggestions please

Hey, fellas. I know there are many here just like me and have a difficult time eating all of the whole foods they need to take in daily, especially when bulking. I have heard time and time again that weight gainers are worthless (for the most part), and I have also heard of people making their own weight gainer shakes out of whole foods. What I would like to know is: what are some of the ideal foods that could be blended together with some mild in order to achieve an optimal weight gainer shake?

Please keep in mind that I'm bulking and would like as many cals as possible.

    Thanks,
    MS

    bump

This might be a stupid question to most, but when you add oats to your WHEY, do you just use raw oats or do they need to be cooked? Sorry, I'm new to this...

    Thanks,

    Raw is definately fine.....

I use to want to blend shit together to make some kind of shake, but lately I've found it's just easier to throw the appropriate amount of oats in a bowl, add a little water and just eat it.

Then I'll just eat some chicken/tuna out of the can or pre-cooked chicken.

This is pretty much every meal when I'm in a rush to get out of the house.

I'm like a robot about grabbing my can opener, empty tupperware bowl, canned chicken (I prefer real cooked chicken), preweighed oats, and preweighed almonds.

Throw them in a bag and I don't even have to keep cold and can eat anywhere.
