Cooking Out Protein
This might be a lil bit off topic, but I think protein is just as important to muscle growth as the next injection right?
I've heard that the long u cook a steak the more protein is cooked out of it? Is this true? And if so what is the rate at which it decreases by approximately?
I don't encourage everybody to be the Geico Caveman and eat it raw or bloody rare I was just curious and never had asked that question before.

cooking eggs, meat ect... actually unbundles protein strings and helps with digestion, so cooking is a good thing.
