    Critique my diet! Thanks

    Looking for any advice please,,
    First off im 39 yrs old 269-270 pds 36" pant dont know body fat looking to loose some weight an maintain as much muscle as possible will do cardio after workout on workout daysand days off,i work out 5 days, what about pwo after just cardio days?
    wake up 5.00am
    meal # 1 515am approx
    2pk instant oatmeal
    5 hard boiled egg whites
    1 whole hard boiled egg
    1 cup skim plus milk
    1 vit c cap
    470 calories 56 carbs 44 protein 10 fat

    meal #2 900am approx
    protien shake
    2 tablespn flax
    5 grams glutamine
    340 cal 3carbs 25protein 23fat

    meal#3 1200-1230
    tuna on low carb multi grain with 1 tbsp low fat mayo
    6 0z string beans
    375 calories 31 carbs 52 protein 5 fat

    meal#4 330-400pm
    prework out protein shake
    1 banana
    195 cal 21 carbs 25 protein 2 fat

    work out approx 530-7 with cardio

    meal #5 715 ishpm post work out
    50 grams dextrose,50grams maltodextrin, 50 grams protein,5grams glutamine
    625 calories 100 carbs 50 protein 2 fat

    meal#6 900-10pm
    6-8 0z grilled chicken
    6 oz srting beans or 11/2 cup rice
    1 tblspn flax
    1 vit c cap
    520 calories 12 carbs 56 protein 14 fat

    Misc coffe during the day a few pieces of gum,100 cal approx 1 gram fat
    This is something im looking for opinions on adjustments? i will not have the post work out on off days
    approx 2750 calories 250 carbs 255 protein 60 fat
    what do u guys think seems calories are to low please help me adjust,thats 27500 on a workout day

    Looks okay, but Id drop the shakes to PWO only or 1 a day. You may want to drop the carbs and up the fats as time goes on. I like my cutting diet ratios to be 50% protein, 35% fat, and 15% carbs. However, it looks like you have done your homework and put some good food choices in there. In addition, Id eat more green veggies. They have a negative caloric impact and they can help keep you fuller. Eat 'em with every meal. Good luck, bro.

    what changes would u make ,,i have been doing my homework and trying to do the best i can with a hectic schedule,,,So should i get rid of shake #2 an replace with a meal? and on off days dont have the pre and post work out shake? but what about carb intake andcalories on off days? and what about post cardio nutrition,,,thanks

    drop the instant oatmeal packets, too much sugar in them, just buy plain oats and add splenda

    having milk is a debate, it makes some people bloated looking, while others it doesnt... if you are having trouble cutting the lbs drop the milk and only drink water

    and now i remember answering this same post a few days ago... why would you start the same post again?!?! just bump it

    Its a different post,,the diet is different,,,i should have done more research before i posted the other,,,and i got no repsonses,,,but thanks for answering,,how does my carb protien fat amount look?? to much little? thanks again,,
