...any ways i was thinking about doing a bulking course with sus 250 deca and dbol . then noticed i had a belly and my diet was S**t so decided to sort my eating out to slim down, so heres what i planed...

    Meal 1
    porrige with protein shake

    Meal 2 mid morning ish..
    some nuts or fruit

    Meal 3

    baked potatoe with beans

    Meal 4

    Meal 5

tuna with pepper and squeez of lime

    Gym

    straight after wor out
    protein shake

    Meal 6
tuna with pepper and squeez of lime

its not a set plan but its what im trying out if theres any suggestions please help a brother out!

i try not to take any sort of carbs after 6:30-7:00pm ish..

i do my regular gym routine which last about 35-45 mins light waight high reps till im on fire baisicially.
then do a run on pace 9 for 10 mins, but im struggling as i get a stich on the 9th min lol so i sorta fast pace walk the rest and do a cool off walk for 5 mins on the tredmill.

I also am planing in doing a cardio set in the morning on an empty stomach for 30 mins before brekfast meal... n e good???

Thanks in advance im looking forward to hearing from PB. Thanks again guys!

If you want any real feed back, start with splitting up cal pro carb fats for each meal and then total them for the day. Calorieking.com

my advice would be to read up on the stickys atop the diet section, and maybe read a few of the others' diets posted here to get a general idea of what a diet looks like. i am not flaming. but your diet needs a lot of work. nothing a little extra research can't handle. start with the understanding that you need a lean protein source and/or carbs and fats with it every few hours. look at Nark's post of "how to get a summer 6 pack" and go through his steps, it will help you greatly.
