    No table salt/cause of frequent urination?

    Being that water follows salt thru the body if I'm not taking in ant able salt or any sodium other then from diet soda and the small amount in whole foods could this be the reason for liquids passing thru me so quickly.I'm only 27 have not done any serious cycles in a couple years so it can't be prostate issues,so what gives.

    i dont know but i pee like a mofo! i drink lots of water and green tea though.

    i think its good for you to piss a lot.

    also try sea salt with iodine it isnt retained by the body. iodine speeds up the metabolism.

    I have found that creatine makes thirsty and pee all the time. I don't know if I am the only one though.

    Recommended dose is around 3gr,do u think u are lower than that?I am taking about 5gr every day but i still piss a lot,i think what really matters is how much water u drink

    I do drink alot of water and coffee,but it runs rite thru me.
