hey guys, i am 26 years old, 212lbs 5'-7" tall. i just finish a bulking cycle and looking to start cutting. i have put together a diet that you guys can take a look at and tell me what you think. this is the part where i struggle the most so i'm sure there are alot of thing that need to be adjusted.

my BMR for cutting is 2900 cal. here is what i have:
