I am trying to get some good idea on dry food that will work well on tren .

And once I am off tren I would like to keep eating that way, cause from what I hear if you eat dry food(whole/meat/nut/ and so on) you will not bloat as bad?

So I was trying to find a good source of protein and cal with dry foods!

    I hope you understand!

    Meat is not dry.
I've never heard of less bloating while eating "dry" foods, in any case you're drinking water during all the day, so I don't see a point on this.
Take care just on eating solid meals and as less shakes and other processed food as possible.
