help me on my diet!
2am -10am sleep
10am fat burner
1030am protein shake & glutamine
1040am-1140am workout
12pm protein shake & dextrose
1230pm multivitamin
1pm beans 2.5 cups lettuce
2pm fat burner
230pm 2 fats
3pm 2 chicken breasts
630pm fat burner
830pm 3.5 cups
11pm nothing
145am protein shake & glutamine
protein 224
carbs 139
fat 52
fibre 30
cals 1919
please help me on any tips or advise 5-10 165 lean 49 fat 214 pounds do i need more of any of them?

mon workout is back
tues cardio 1 hr
weds legs
thurs off
fri shoulders
sat 10am cardio 1 hr 7pm arms
sun 10am cardio 1 hr 7pm chest
is this ok to lose 25 pounds of fat in 12 weeks? 165 lean 49 fat
23% now 12.6% if done and lean stays the same ? ALSO HOW much % do u have to be to have a 6 pac?

I think you are using shakes instead of real food to much. You need to keep your proteins up if you are trying to cut, but you also need to eat. Food intake is important.

OK then what should I do different? instead of protein shakes?the first one i took in the morning is because to avoid muscle loss then the second one for post workout and then the third one at night for muscle loss prevention. what should i do instead? and you said keep my protein up? so how many more g of protein should i take on a daily basis?

if your wanting to add mass then bump your protien closer to 400g a day.
eat lots of tuna,chicken,lean meat, egg whites, ect. If your still cutting then lower the carbs and eat as much protien rich food as you can.
i personally drink atleast 3 shakes a day, sometimes 4

budda_red thanks bro, i am trying to cut down 165 lean 49 fat 214 23%body fat,not bulking. so then 3 shakes a day is ok? if i am cutting what should my protein intake be for me?and how much lower should i make the carbs? also should i continue to drink the protein drinks 3 and just eat more protein foods in my diet? thanks in advance ! i am in my 12 th day of this diet and i have lost 3.5 pounds of fat 165 45.5 21.6 % body fat now :|

What do these entries mean? It's a low carb diet you are following right? Low carb protein powder in water + glutamine for your drinks yeah?
It seems a reasonable diet bro, how is it going so far?
I don't like your workout plan though I have to say - you are affecting your triceps on Friday, Saturday, and sunday.... gulp!

You will see a nice reduction in weight, but be realistic in your bodyfat percentage expectaions. I have know people to lose 25 lbs in 12 weeks but never go from 23 to 12% bf in such a short period. Usually bf% reduction comes through training on a long term basis AND a targeted diet. At least that has been my experience.
