Master cleanse

Anyone try it before. Its the one where you drink this lemonaide drink and fast for a bit. I got a buddy on it now. He's at day 11 or so. Just wondering if anyone has done it and what they're outcome was. Did u put the weight back on quick or keep it off. Plus, I don't see how your energy lvls would be increased on it.

its not to get big. Its a cut and detox. I am only curious of others that have tried it cause it doesn't make much sense to me. Seems you would put the weight on again once you start intaking food again. Looking for people who have done it or know someone that has to reply.
