Well, maybe... It depends on allot of things. It depends on where he is getting his calories, when he is consuming them, how much he has been eating up until now, ect. ect.
We can best help you if you give us your BMR, TDEE, body fat percentage, and write out what you eat in a day. List it with the time of the meal, what foods are in the meal, how many calories (P/C/F) and how you are training.

my body fat was tested on the things you hold @ nutrition zone, that sends a shockwave through your body ? anyway it has to be innacurate and was said to be 8.4%
i consume the meals in order pretty much every 3 hours, but i cant always be exact on time

Post up this diet, with calories (P/C/F), and the times at which you eat the meals. By the way, if you are looking to GET CUT you are a long way from 8.4% Those machines are garbage! Post up a photo so we can guess your BF%, we are pretty good at it.
Also, if you have been on the same diet for 2 solid months, you have been on that diet for waaay to long. As you drop weight you need to adjust the calories accordingly.
