Looking for advice on what should i do

Hey everyone I'm looking for advice and help do drop some extra pounds keep the light muscles i do have i went from 197pounds 6 months ago to 181pounds i have never taken anything before only thing i did was stop eating fast food and stop drinking soda. So if anyone wanna throw out a diet plan for me it would be greatly appreciated, Been going to gym for about 6months now. Not sure how to post its my first time but here goes

Just start browsing the other diets that are posted and you will find a lot even on this first page that are similar to your needs. Then plan one for yourself and post it up to get critiqued.
