no whole eggs

There is a god d*** egg recall and ill I have is whites. I mostly eat 1 whole egg with them but I can't because of the recall. What should I do. Today I had 2oz. Of bison meat with 1 cup of liquid egg whites. Is this a good sub.?

Protein is protein. Sure the whole egg is good in there to slow the absorption of the other aminos and provide a little fat to the meal but just use more whites or yes, a little bison or whatever! This is such a small issue, it's not worth worrying about bud.

Apparently the eggs that are contaminated come from some farms in Iowa. However they have been supplying Arkansas, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. So its not too isolated. Even if you live in those areas, the stores should have some other brands for sale that are good to go.

The eggs were distributed around the country and packaged under the names Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph's, Boomsma's, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms and Kemp.

My dogs name is turbo. I eat the egg whites that are pasteurized. A big carton is like under 4 bucks and has 4 cups of egg whites. Cook em or drink em I think if they are pasteurized they should be ok.
