i try and limit the amount of complex carbs i eat late at night as the body enters a slow down period

however i train after work at around 6-730pm or so.

After my workout I have:

Immediately after - 5 grams Leucine
- 5 grams Arginine

10 minutes later - 50 grams Whey Protein
- 100 grams of Waxy Maize Starch

Upon arriving home - 10 grams of Glutamine

Post workout meal - Usually this is around 815 pm and I will have - 130g Chicken Breast - 330g sweet potato - 1 cup spinach

This equals 67 grams of carbs, 40 grams of protein and few grams of fat.

I will then have a casein shake at about 1030pm and go to bed..

Do you think this is alrite? Or do you think I should reduce my carbs to around 150g sweet potato which is 30 grams of carbs and increase carbs earlier in the day instead, say at lunch or breakfast?
