Wondering what you guys thought of my post workout protocol/meals/supplementation. Based alot from Pinnacles own protocol.

Train

Immediately after last set

7 grams Leucine
5 grams Arginine
2 grams Valine
2 grams Iso-Leucine
Kre-Alkalyn Creatine
400mg R-ALA

10 minutes later on drive home

50 grams Whey Protein Isolate
100 grams Waxy Maize Starch

Upon arriving home (around 10 minutes later)

10 grams Glutamine

10 minutes later Complex post workout meal (usually dinner)

130g Chicken Breast
330g sweet potato
1 cup spinach
200mg R-ALA

= 67 grams carbs, 30 grams protein
