options for breakfast
What does everyone eat for breakfast?
I eat 6-8 eggs and oatmeal everyday, I want some other options..

8 whole eggs in one sitting???
That is like 40g of fat alone right there.

For a while it was 1 cup of oats w/ splenda and cinnamon, 1/2 cup blueberries, 30g blended protein (whey, casein, milk ISO), 3 whole eggs.
Now that i'm on this strict cutter with am cardio on an empty stomach, it's just BCAA's!

whole wheat blueberry pancakes 0 sugar maple syrup 2 egg white omelets with tomatoes onions mushrooms peppers and some hotsauce mmm my breakfast every single day hahaha loving it.

8 oz steak, 2-3 eggs, and a cup of oats or lf yogurt..
Steak and Eggs baby.. why wait till lunch to get your recd meat?/
Also, another good option is can of beans and a pork chop..
to me i would rather enjoy breakfast and run an extra 5 min on the treadmill then try and force down sh*t i hate

Yea bro the one i have uses sorbitol 30 calories every 1/4 cup 0 sugar so it's pretty dam good for something that still tastes dam amazing even better cuz you don't get sick of it like you do with normal sugar loaded maple syrup which makes you feel lethargic after a few pancakes hahaha.
