    So many diets...one simple question...

I have been reading diets till my eyes turn red I enjoy the information, even when I thought I had it figured out I find new tidbits.

I have a simple question though...when bulking or cutting does your diet change at all between workout days and off days? If so...how?

    Thank you for yor input...

Many people will reduce caloric intake on off days from training,

since your activity level won't be as high on those days, obviously.

Mind you, if you do this, I don't think you need to reduce cals too much on off days.

I lower my calories a little, but most of that comes from just not having my post workout shake either.

Same for me, exactly. On non-training days, I lose a 50g protein shake a 1 cup of oats which is about 50g of carbs as well. The only problem is I add back in 2 whole eggs since it's the only days I can fit them. =) Still almost a 450 calorie deficit from training days.
