does this diet look ok?
Here is my diet i pretty much do each day although because i work shifts 10pm-4pm and some time day shifts 11am- 5pm Im always eating different times for each meal but i do this plan everyday.
Meal 1 - two tins of vegetable soup with half a loaf of brown bread
+ two bananas and a orange
+ orange juice
Meal 2- Protein shake (omnimax hardcore)
Meal 3 - two cups of brown rice (before cooked) 12oz of chicken and sauce like sweet and sour (i change sauce daily)
Meal 4 - protein shake
Meal 5- chicken, potatoes veg
I drink about 4 - 7 litres of water a day
does this look enough intake 4 1 day ?

don't look like a diet to me, what's your stat's and goal's??????

You provided us with no information whatsoever. Stats? Goals? I can tell you right off the bat that the diet isn't very good, but I'd rather give you a more informed answer. To do that, we need more info from you.

I'm looking to bulk but i am doing heavy cardio at the mo to get the bf % down but i want to bulk mainly
after reading other posts i have also recntly added:
oatmeal and egg whites to my diet in the morning
any advice on how i can structure it better and anything i can add or cut ?
1 thing though i don't like fish so would rather stay clear of that
