Maybe a dumb question...........NET CARBS
I'm in a cutting phase and am cutting carbs down. When doing my food log do I record all carb intake or just the net carbs. According to Adkins, the net carb is what impacts the blood sugar. I'm not doing an adkins diet per se, but am limiting the carbs I take in.

You aren't doing Atkins, and even if you were, this whole 'net carbs' deal isn't as straightforward as they market it.
Count all your carbs. The only carbs you don't have to be super concerned with are veggies, usually leafy green as they are mostly water and fiber.

Whats your concern about the way they market it?

my understanding of "net carbs" is this
Total Carbs - undigestable fiber = net carbs
All fiber is a form of carb, whether it is cellulose or what ever. But your body cannot digest cellulose, (we don't have the digestive system or the enzymes to digest it, unlike a cow), so the undigestable fiber has no impact on either blood sugar levels or caloric intake.
