The last bits' always the hardest!!
Hi peeps, im brand new to the forum so firstly i'd like to say hi to all you lovely people! Secondly i have a question.....
I started my training (properly) 18 months ago, my starting weight was 18.5 st and im now at 14.5, here lies the problem. I have been dieting for a while now and i seem to have reached a plateau with my weightloss. I have injured my knee at the min so im unable to do cardio for a few weeks too. My daily diet is as follows.....
BREAKFAST: Hot oats with 1 scoop of protein, 1 shake with added flax and omega, 1 banana.
LUNCH: 1 diced chicken breast with a handfull of brownrice and spinich, seasoned with chilli and a tblsp of light cream cheese.
SNACK 1 - banana
Pre W-O - 1 tin of tuna with cous cous
Post W-O 1 shake with creatine and a tiny bag of haribo sweets
DINNER - 2 small salmon fillets with 1 small sweet potatoe
Snack 2 - cottage cheese or pack of beef jerky
I have a cheat MEAL every friday and thats it, i drink 3-4 litres of water a day and i lift 5-6 times a week. Why the hell have i stopped losing weight, its really annoying me now! i know the cardio will be a massive help but thats not gonna be happening for a while yet so i am wondering if there is anything i can do in the mean time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks peeps.

Post the macros for the meals above for more specific help. The short answer is you have to reduce your calories. It's common to stop losing weight at a certain point. Your diet is not a fixed thing. It's constantly changingand and evolving.

It would be a lot less work to drop 3-400 calories a day then to completly revamp your diet. I think the keto diet is not needed at this point and is very strict to follow. But thats just my .02

I say drop the bananas. That will help by eliminating around 54 grams of carbs
