becoming obsessed
hey guys getting a bit concerned about my frame of mind!
i work as a personal trainer and ive tappered my diet down to the bare minimum as i am going to work abroad and obv wanna look good but i think i may have stepped to far in and im struggling bringing myself to eat even tho i feel extremely drained, cant concentrate etc
at moment i am 26 200lbs and about 9-10%bf
daily training n diet average
6am whey/glutamine/hmb
7am cardio for 1hr pretty high intensity cv or cross fit
8.30 am 2 and a half (protein scoops) scoops of oats mixed with 20g cranberrys and strawberry whey and glutamine n hmb
then every 2-3 hrs veg and chicken/fish
i train again later in the day doing high intensity supersets of weights
post workout whey and then 60-100g of sweet potatoe mixed with tons of veggies chicken and tomatoe sauce(pure not processed)
sometimes have a we soya milk drink before bed
think im in too much and i dont compete (tho ive been told to)
was thinking of adding in a few cheat meals per week to keep me sane and if weight gathers up too much cut them down or alter what im eating in the cheat meals
what you think?

If your not competing and you are happy with the way you look then by all means add in a cheat meal if this will improve the quality of your life. It may be time to step back and look at what you want to accomplish.

Doesnt sound normal to me. Possibly want to go to a doctor, wouldnt want to develop a eating disorder. Good luck.
